The trustees of the subdivision have been advised that it is in the best interest of the subdivision HOA to register with the Missouri Secretary of State Office (SOS) as a corporation. We are now incorporated as the Meadow Ridge Homeowners Association dba as the Meadow Ridge Subdivision Association. The indentures are posted on this website and bylaws for the corporation are currently being developed.
Physical, Emotional and/or Mental Limitation of Occupant Emergency Dispatcher Information
A question was asked by a homeowner regarding the addition of window stickers on homes with Handicapped/Disabled/Elderly occupants. Since there are no stickers available, the response from the Cottleville Fire Department is as follow:
Information that is needed:
Residents Address
Occupant condition or diagnosis
Any specific information that they feel would be important for Fire and/or EMS to know for an emergency situation especially if no one was available to pass along information to the firefighters and/or Paramedics.
This information is confidential and is only added to the dispatch information screen that is only visible to responding units dispatched to the listed address for an emergency.
It can be emailed directly to me Jodi Williams (jwilliams@cottlevillefpd.org) for verification and processing @ ctihen@cottlevillefpd.org
Please do your part to help reduce crime in Meadow Ridge
Recent reports and advice from local law enforcement says there is an uptick in home invasion and vehicle break ins throughout our area. It has been noted that open garage doors (day or night) are an invitation to enter your home.
Entry may be immediate or it may be observed for a more timely invasion. In one particular case, the occupants were sleeping so the burglars seized/stole what money and valuables they could, got the keys to two vehicles and made off with both vehicles, just as the occupants awoke. The new trend is to look for vehicles with valuables and a garage door opener, another invitation to enter your home.
You don't need to be a genius to imagine the possibilities with the next crime. Be smart, protect your home, property and family. Always lock the doors to your home and vehicles, and break the habit of leaving your garage door open.. Meadow Ridge is not alone in this threat. Please share this information with your friends and neighbors. If you see any suspicious activities, report them to the police department immediately. Be safe not sorry!
