This is a public hearing held by the St Charles County Council, following the regular Council meeting. A number of concerns are up for discussion, including mandating resident only parking on Timothy Ridge Dr. There has been speculation this could be related to access to the new park; other speculation is that it's about the close quarters on Timothy Ridge due to the high volume of street parking.
